Following the brief to create a modern interpretation of the classic opal luminaire for the home environment, the Supernate collection oozes character with its simple, friendly volumes and unobtrusive form.  The supernate concept is based on an opal white globe of blown glass which is fitted to a base of cast aluminum. The base incorporates a fixture for wire suspension and attachment for a round, rubber lamp chord.
