Jonas Wagell

Born in 1973, Jonas Wagell is a distinguished Swedish architect, designer and artist with a career spanning the disciplines of architecture, product design and furniture design.
While Jonas's early career was largely characterised by his now infamous architectural designs, his current focus lies primarily within the realm of product and furniture design, sometimes also extending to art and design direction.
One of his early career milestones was the iconic Mini House prefab house concept from 2007, which garnered Jonas the accolade of appearing as one of the "world's 50 hottest young architects" by Wallpaper* Magazine in 2008.
Since then, Jonas has collaborated with countless design firms such as Tachhini, Menu and Wendelbo - in the process crafting a number of revered modern classics which utilise minimal forms and soft, harmonious shapes.
Much more than being purely functional; his designs tell a story of aesthetic harmony and practicality. Each piece embodies a distinctive balance of form and function, appealing to modern sensibilities while reinforcing simplicity.
